Bayonet School Mhow was established in the year 1948 after India's independence as a regimental school. It is a co-educational school. The school was temporarily disbanded from 1977 to 1981 but was revived in 1981 and affiliated with the M.P. Board. In 2008, it extended to a middle school and was affiliated with the CBSE board, which also saw the addition of more facilities. However, in 2019, the school reverted to its primary wing status, and its affiliation changed back to the MPBSE board. Presently, Bayonet School is affiliated with the MPBSE board but continues to follow the CBSE academic pattern, offering classes from Nursery to Class 5. The school is committed to providing a structured academic approach focused on well-rounded and holistic development in a safe, nurturing environment.
