It is managed by an autonomous society established on 6th July 1987, with the Jhabua campus founded on 5th April 2009. The school's emblem, derived from a star, symbolizes the inherent shining splendor in every child. It depicts a 'Star Child' holding a book and paintbrush (knowledge and art), kicking a football (sports and physical fitness), and holding a torch (disperse light, seek truth and enlightenment).
