About
Sanjeevani Vidyapeeth Oosree was founded in August 2005 under the leadership of Fr. Paulson Muthipeedika and Fr. Davis Elanjikal, evolving from the Sanjeevani Mission Station pioneered by Fr. Joseph Pariyadan in 1992. An evaluation in 2002 highlighted the critical need for a rural English medium school for underprivileged tribal children, leading to its establishment. The school, a branch of the Sanjeevani Service Society, Narsinghpur (registered in 2003), currently serves 614 students from Nursery to Class X with a dedicated team of 22 teaching staff. Beyond academics, the center actively works to empower village communities by strengthening youth core groups, provides pastoral care to the local Catholic community, and spreads Christian messages through various outreach activities. The institution is deeply rooted in social work, aiming to upgrade the living standards of the rural tribal population by making quality education accessible and fostering holistic growth.
