St. Alphonsa High School, Prithvipur (M.P.), was founded in January 1990 by the Late Bishop F. X. Fenech and is continually nourished by His Lordship Rt. Rev. Frederick D’Souza, Bishop of Prithvipur. It is conducted by the Catholic Diocese of Prithvipur Education Society. The school was primarily established to provide a sound general education in the medium of English for Catholic children, especially those of the Anglo-Indian Community, who are accorded priority in admissions. However, children of all other communities are also warmly admitted. The school is a private unaided institution dedicated to providing education through higher secondary levels, ensuring a vast campus covering approximately 10 acres with a verdant and eco-friendly lush green environment.
